Fiberglass

Raw material mostly used in the padel industry, with a lower resistance than carbon or kevlar, has great flexibility than this two materials, giving great control in strokes. Special characteristics; elasticity, soundness and chemicals resistance

Carbon fiber

One of the best materials for padel rackets manufacturing, that gives extra power in stroke. Special characteristics; High flexibility, High resistance, Lightness, High temperature tolerance
Types; Carbon 3K, 12K 18K

Kevlar

This material not so used actually in this industry but has a lot of potential, and will be soon the star of the manufacturing industry for its innovated characteristics; .extreme hardness, Stiffness and lightness

texalium

TEXALIUM

Texalium is a fiberglass-based fabric that has a proprietary finish and a thin coating of aluminum on the surface. The aluminum coating is 99.99% pure and approximately 200 angstroms in thickness (One angstrom is one ten-billionth of a meter). This coating produces the highly reflective surface. There are different finishing colors available.

Epoxy Resine

There is a wide range of different resins, which differ considerably in terms of the duration of the curing process and the hardness and durability of the finished transformed surfaces. Further parameters for the selection of a specific epoxy resin can be factors such as the maximum layer thickness that can be formed with the material or its heat resistance.

Eva Soft

Core material of our padel rackets. Its density is crucial to provide a control or power stroke.
Different densities; 25 – 30 – 40 – 45
Colors; White, black, hybrid
